What is Laborers Rising?
LIUNA members know that this union is a brotherhood and sisterhood of hardworking individuals who are committed to making a difference in their communities. Together, we are fighting for fair wages, safe working conditions, and the respect that we deserve. Being part of this union means that we have a voice. We are not just a number on a job site – we are part of a union family. We stand together for good jobs and to ensure that our rights are protected. We have access to training and education programs that help us to improve our skills and advance our careers.
But being a part of Laborers Rising is more than just about us. It’s about making a difference in the lives of others. Through our community programs, we are able to give back and help those in need. Whether it’s volunteering at a local food bank, building a playground for a school, or donating to a disaster relief fund, we are committed to making a positive impact. Together Laborers are standing together in the fight for a better future.
