Celebrate Reno LaborFest in Idlewild Park This Monday

LaborFest will have live music, food trucks, a beer garden, a classic car Show & Shine, a kids’ zone, and more — fun for the whole family and open to everyone. It is a celebration of the middle class and Nevada’s working families.

The kids’ zone is free for all Local 169 members, but first you’ll need to visit the Local 169 booth to obtain a kids’ zone bracelet. Kids can enjoy face painting, a bounce house and a variety activities.

Union members, visit the Local 169 booth to receive $20 food vouchers, and spin-the-wheel prizes while supplies last. LiUNA will be hosting a fun photo booth. Artisan Row will show hands-on demonstrations from local trade unions as well.

Avoid the Traffic

RTC is providing FREE TRANSIT on Route 16 for Reno LaborFest.

Don’t fight traffic. Park in the Washoe County public parking lot by the Courthouse in downtown Reno and ride Route 16 for free to and from Idlewild Park!

Support a Great Cause

All funds raised will go to the NNCLC Worker Benefit Corp, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing apprenticeship, member, and community assistance (tools and boots for apprentices, emergency support, etc.).
