Local 169’s Richard Skip Daly Wins Race in Nevada Senate District 13
Former Local 169 Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer Richard “Skip” Daly has won the election to the Nevada State Senate. Skip previously served 4 terms in the Nevada Assembly, 21 years as Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer for Laborers Union Local 169, and has been a member of Local 169 for 44 years.
